WiFi Keeps Dropping? Pages Load Like It’s 1999?
Your internet plan says “500 Mbps” but your Speedtest shows 12. One device works fine, another can barely load Google. You’ve restarted the router 47 times this week.
Network problems are frustrating because they could be anywhere — your PC, your router, your ISP, or some invisible DNS configuration that’s been wrong for years.
Typical fix time: 15–25 minutes. Price: $29.90. No fix, no fee.
What’s Included
WiFi Analysis. We check your signal strength, channel congestion (are your neighbors competing on the same channel?), and band selection (2.4GHz vs 5GHz). One setting change can double your speed.
DNS Fix. Slow DNS = slow everything. We switch you to fast, secure DNS (Cloudflare 1.1.1.2 or Quad9) which often speeds up browsing more than a bandwidth upgrade.
Driver Repair. WiFi adapter drivers are notoriously fragile. We check for updates, known bugs, and compatibility issues with your Windows version.
Router Optimization. QoS settings, channel selection, band steering, MTU tuning — we walk through your router settings and fix the configuration.
Conflict Resolution. VPN software, corporate proxy settings, firewall rules, and “internet security” suites often interfere with normal networking. We find and fix the conflicts.
FAQ
My internet is fast on my phone but slow on my PC. Is it my ISP?
No — if one device works, your ISP and router are fine. The problem is on the slow device: WiFi driver, DNS settings, or background bandwidth hogs (Windows Update, Steam downloads, cloud sync).
Do I need a new router?
Probably not. Most “slow WiFi” issues we fix are configuration problems or driver issues, not hardware failures. We’ll tell you honestly if your hardware is the bottleneck.
