RebootDoctor provides remote computer diagnostic and repair services. Our technicians connect to your computer via secure screen-sharing software to diagnose and resolve issues.

No-Fix, No-Charge Guarantee

If we cannot resolve your reported issue, you pay nothing. This guarantee applies to the specific problem described at the start of the session.

Limitation of Liability

RebootDoctor is not liable for pre-existing hardware failures or data loss. We recommend backing up important data before any service session.
