Windows Slowing Down No Matter What You Try? Time for a Fresh Start.
After years of updates, uninstalled programs leaving fragments behind, and registry bloat, sometimes a clean install is the only real fix. But the idea of reinstalling Windows yourself is intimidating — finding drivers, backing up data, configuring settings, reinstalling every app.
We handle the entire process remotely. You watch. You don’t touch anything. Your computer comes back clean, fast, and set up exactly how you want it.
Typical time: 1–2 hours. Price: $59.90. No fix, no fee.
What’s Included
Pre-Install Backup. We back up your documents, desktop files, browser bookmarks, saved passwords, email archives, and application data to a safe location before starting.
Clean Installation. Fresh Windows 10 or 11 (your choice) — not a “reset” or “refresh” that keeps old problems. A genuine clean install from Microsoft media.
Driver Setup. Windows’ built-in driver detection misses a lot. We manually install chipset drivers, GPU drivers, WiFi/Bluetooth, touchpad, card reader, and any OEM-specific drivers your system needs.
Essential Apps. Browser (Chrome or Firefox), PDF reader, media player (VLC), 7-Zip, and any other basics you need — all installed and configured.
Windows Update. We run all pending updates so your system is fully patched before you start using it.
Security Configuration. Windows Defender with advanced settings, firewall rules, privacy settings tuned, and optional: ad-blocking DNS, ransomware protection.
Data Restoration. Your documents, bookmarks, and data go back exactly where they were.
What’s NOT Included
- Microsoft Windows license key (your existing license is preserved, or you can purchase a key from our shop).
- Third-party paid software licenses (Office, Adobe, etc.). We’ll reinstall them if you have the license.
- Hardware upgrades during the install.
FAQ
Will I lose my files?
No. We back up everything before starting and restore it after. Your documents, photos, bookmarks, and saved passwords will be exactly where you left them.
Do I need a product key?
Usually not. Modern PCs store the Windows license in the BIOS. When we reinstall the same edition (Home or Pro), Windows activates automatically. If you’re upgrading from Home to Pro, you’ll need a Pro key.
How long does it take total?
The installation itself takes 20-30 minutes. Driver setup, Windows Updates, and app installation take another 30-60 minutes depending on your internet speed. Plan for 1-2 hours total where you don’t need to actively use the computer.
