30-Day Guarantee

If the same issue recurs within 30 days of service, we will re-diagnose and fix it at no additional charge.

If we cannot resolve your issue, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Windows activation keys are non-refundable once delivered, unless the key is proven defective.
